The quality assurance period of the contracted equipment is 12 months from the acceptance and operation of the contracted goods, and the product life cycle is 30 years. During the warranty period, three guarantees will be implemented

We have established a quality assurance system for the design, material selection, processing, manufacturing, and testing of the contracted equipment, and strictly follow it throughout the entire manufacturing process of the contracted equipment. Training operation personnel: After signing the contract, our company's relevant departments immediately sent a training notice to the user, arranging for the user's operation personnel to attend on-site training at our company to ensure that your company's personnel can safely and effectively achieve normal operation and use of the equipment
For the factory debugging of the product, our company will conduct debugging according to the factory inspection specifications. The user unit can send personnel to our company for acceptance according to relevant national standards, and complete testing records will be provided along with the product to the user
The company will also provide on-site services to customers, dispatch capable and experienced personnel to the site free of charge to provide technical services and installation guidance, install, debug, and test equipment according to technical data and drawing requirements, and be responsible for solving manufacturing quality and performance related issues found during the installation, debugging, and trial operation of contracted equipment. Any quality issues related to our company's products will be provided free of charge by our company
